I was sketching while talking to a student about the game he was making. The sketch led to this image. And yes, I know it will remind some people of a famous shot, from a famous film...

Well, you how it is folks: You climb that mountain and there's an angry green goat waiting for you....

       

        "2013" sounds like the title for a 1980 apocalyptic movie, so I did this to start the year...

Life Flight Plane

The Life Flight trust in Wellington asked us at Weta Workshop to come up with a crazy design ideas for their plane. We gave them something like 30 to 40 different options. They picked one of mine: The Bandaged Plane. I'm really impressed with how well it looks in the end! The top image is a photoshop job, the second: a schematic of how it should be applied, and the last two are actual photos of the plane.
